Sharpen your butcher skills at an interactive seminar led by Pam Ginsberg, one of DC’s best-known butchers, and Brian Fuchs of Wagshal’s Market.

Learn from the pros about the different cuts of meat, preparation, and cooking the perfect steak and burger. Then, don your apron to try your hand at the grill and (of course) eat some of the area’s best kosher beef. All meat is certified kosher and will be cooked on new grills.

Men’s Room is a new program series for men in their 20s and 30s.
Admission: Advanced ticket sales are now closed. A limited number of tickets are still available and can be purchased for $20 at the door beginning at 4:30 PM.
