The powerhouse combination of Grammy winners Roomful of Teeth and new music dynamos American Contemporary Music Ensemble features three celebrated composers in a program for voices and strings: Baroque master Henry Purcell, British composer Gavin Bryars, and Pulitzer Prize-winner Caroline Shaw.

Shaw’s Partita for 8 Voices is paired with her Ritornello, featuring elements of American hymnody and Baroque music. Bryars’ wrenching Jesus’ Blood Never Failed Me Yet and Purcell’s fantasias reveal composers at the height of their creative powers.
