Prepared by Chef Vered Guttman\, each dish is inspired by the seder’s blessings and ingredients to welcome the Jewish New Year. \nOrder here by Friday\, September 11 at 3:00 pm for pickup on Thursday\, September 17. Pickup will be at Sixth & I on Thursday\, September 17 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. \nThe meal includes: \n\nChallah and apple with date honey\nMatzo ball soup (vegan option with vegetable broth)\nGeorgian chicken in tamarind and pomegranate sauce with cilantro and cinnamon (GF; vegan option with fried tofu)\nBlack-eyed pea and butternut squash salad (GF\, vegan; contains soy)\nHerbed rice with cilantro\, mint\, and leeks (GF\, vegan)\nApple and spiced honey cake with cardamom and ginger (vegetarian)\nPomegranate pate de fruit (GF\, vegan)\n\nMeals are certified kosher and will arrive cold with reheating instructions.
