DESCRIPTION:On the one year anniversary of the Women’s March\, come together to reflect\, refuel\, and raise our voices. \nFeaturing musicians\, spoken word artists\, storytellers and thought leaders\, this event will celebrate the power\, creativity\, and diversity of women’s voices. Recapture the energy and momentum felt during the women’s marches and recommit to standing up and speaking out for equal rights and protection for women everywhere. \nSpeakers and performers include Ilyse Hogue\, President of NARAL Pro-Choice America\, Fatima Goss Graves\, President and CEO of the National Women’s Law Center\, which recently launched the TIME’S UP Legal Defense Fund\, Councilmember Brianne Nadeau\, artist and activist Jinahie\, spoken word poet Sarah Lawson\, and SongRise\, a women’s social justice a cappella group. \nFollowing the performances\, connect with local organizations advancing causes that impact the DC community. \nThe Justice Fair organizations include: \nJewish Women International\nSharsheret\nNational Women’s Law Center\nMentor Prize\nJews United for Justice\nGLOE\nNARAL: Pro-Choice America\nHIAS\nWomen’s Wire Weekly\nCapital Women\nZora & Amelia*\nThe Outrage* \n*Will be selling items to celebrate empowered women and girls \n  \n  \n
