DESCRIPTION:In celebration of the Festival of Lights\, Jewish yoga and mindfulness teacher Alison Waldman leads an integrated meditation and gentle yoga flow. We’ll begin with a candle lighting ceremony\, so have a menorah available if you’d like to participate. All levels of experience with yoga and Torah are welcome. \nAt all in-person events during Chanukah (November 29 through December 6)\, we’re collecting non-perishable\, shelf stable food items to donate to the Capital Area Food Bank.
