DESCRIPTION:Due to unforeseen circumstances\, this series has been canceled.  \nThis four-session series takes place Wednesdays\, January 6\, 13\, 20\, and 27. \nLosing someone important in your life can open a wound that takes time and attention to heal. Don’t go it alone. This four-session series\, led by Dr. Ayelet Krieger\, will focus on different topics surrounding the issue of loss\, including dealing with the complex feelings that often accompany grief\, useful resources\, self-care\, and what to expect moving forward. Come learn\, connect\, and support one another within a welcoming Jewish community. \nDr. Krieger has worked with hundreds of individuals and couples in a wide variety of counseling and community mental health settings. In addition to treating clients at her private practice\, Oasis Therapy Center\, Dr. Krieger works as a mindfulness consultant and as a certified yoga and meditation teacher.
