DESCRIPTION:This is a three-day series that meets on Sunday\, September 10 at 5:30 pm\, Monday\, September 11 and Tuesday\, September 12 at 7:00 pm \nJust in time to follow along in your High Holiday prayer book\, learn the Hebrew alphabet and vowels. This three-day intensive Hebrew reading course is a refresher for those who forgot and a quick introduction for those learning to read Hebrew for the first time. \nKeren Yairi is a certified language instructor; in addition to Hebrew\, she teaches English as a Second/Other Language\, literacy\, and language arts in the DC schools.  She is also an international development consultant for education and literacy projects.
