DESCRIPTION:This program has been canceled. \nA night of stories and storytelling takes over our Downstairs stage as members of the community tell stories in front of a live audience. \nThe first Identity Lab theme is “The F Word (Family).” We will explore eff’ed up family dynamics through the lens of the rich Joseph story in the Torah\, with ancient and modern perspectives. \nIdentity Lab LIVE is based off the Identity Lab workshops. But\, even if you haven’t participated in a workshop\, you are invited to throw your name into the hat and be chosen to tell a story. Eight names will be selected at random. Stories must be no more than four minutes apiece\, be true\, and be told without notes. \nThe DJ starts when doors open at 7:00 pm; stories begin at 7:30 pm. Drinks will be sold all the way through. \nPerfect for newcomers; rewarding for those with years of Jewish learning. Open to all. \nIdentity Lab: Be part of the story
