With any questions\, contact Kira. \nWhether you’re cooking a delicious meal to enjoy during your virtual Passover seder or looking for some variety after too much matzah\, learn to cook kosher-for-Passover recipes that won’t fall flat during this class led by in-house chef Vered Guttman. \nThe demonstration includes: \n\nMina de kezo (Sephardi matzah pie with cheese)\nMeatballs in lemon sauce with artichokes\, fennel\, and fresh fava beans\nRaw zucchini and radish salad with pistachios and fresh oregano\nPolenta\, almond\, and orange cake\n\nSixth & I is committed to creating community and providing a forum for learning while our building is closed\, but we need your help to sustain those who make this programming possible.
