DESCRIPTION:This session runs from 8:30 am to 9:00 am EST. \nStart off the work day with some spiritual work as we come together to connect (virtually) and reflect. Rabbi Aaron leads a few of the traditional morning prayers\, shares a couple of kavvanot (intentions) and facilitates a short journaling exercise.
