How does keeping kosher differ (or not) from pursuing sustainability?  \n Rabbi Scott joins the sustainable farmers of Pearlstone Center for a special\, three-day What It Takes that explore the morality\, spirituality\, and practical how-to’s of sustainable meat-eating.
