SUMMARY:Tu B’Shvat Seder: Fruits\, Wine\, and Jewish Mysticism
DESCRIPTION:Tu B’Shvat\, traditionally known as the New Year of the Trees\, is a time to think about relating to the natural world and connecting with our spiritual selves. This holiday is celebrated by planting trees\, eating fruits\, and having a Tu B’Shvat seder\, a ritual that began with the Kabbalists of the 16th century. \nAt this seder\, you’ll have a chance to develop – or deepen – your Jewish spiritual practice through self-reflection and meditation while eating fruits and nuts and drinking four cups of wine. \nThe seder will be led by Rabbi David Shneyer of Am Kolel of Maryland.
