A small fee will be added per ticket to offset the cost of processing, printing, and mailing tickets. All sales are final and tickets are non-refundable.

Your tickets should arrive in the mail 2 – 4 weeks after the purchase date. If you purchase tickets after September 18, your tickets will not be mailed and you should print out a copy of your confirmation email to serve as your ticket at the door. If the service you want to attend still has tickets available, we are happy to transfer your tickets to a different service. Please call our office at 202.408.3100 or email Kira to coordinate the exchange.
Please call our office at 202.408.3100 or email Kira with the details of your purchase and the tickets you received in error. We will resend you the correct tickets, time permitting, or you can pick them up when you arrive at services. Please recycle the incorrect tickets.
The first thing you should do is check your spam folder. If you cannot find the email confirmation, it is possible that your order didn’t go through or you entered your email address incorrectly. Call our office at 202.408.3100 to confirm that your order has gone through.
Sixth & I offers various service types designed to make you feel at home as you welcome in 5780. Descriptions of each service type as well as service leaders can be found on the individual service pages.
These services are geared toward young professionals, meaning the content of each service is mostly relevant to people in their 20s and 30s. A majority of the service attendees will be in that age group. However, everyone is welcome to attend any service they wish. You should choose the service where you will feel the most connection.
In 5780, Sixth & I is offering a new, family-friendly Sixth & Wee Service to meet the evolving needs of our young professional community. The service is appropriate for ages 2-4, but open to all. Tickets are required for adults and children ages 6 and over. Please note there is an additional fee for dinner on Rosh Hashanah for both children and adults. For all other service types, children over the age of 3 require a ticket.
All volunteer shifts are now filled. With questions, contact Robin.
All service locations are wheelchair accessible and have accessible seating reserved. If you require accessible seating, need seating near the front, or require a sign language interpreter, please call our office at 202.408.3100 or email Kira as early as possible to make arrangements. Registered service animals are welcome. Assisted listening devices are available at Sixth & I’s main building for the Traditional Service only.
Sixth & I does not have a public parking lot. There are several garages and lots in the area. All services are located near the Gallery Place-Chinatown Metro station. Click here for a complete list of public transit options and directions as well as a list of nearby parking lots.
