Renew, Relax, Return: A Rosh Hashanah Journey

The New Year offers us an opportunity to renew our spirits and return to our deepest selves. Embark on this journey as mindfulness teacher Alison Cohen and Rabbi Benjamin Shalva lead Jewish meditation, mindfulness, and movement. No prior experience or background necessary. Tashlich Ritual: Casting Away our Regrets

An accessible DC waterfront. The exact location will be shared with attendees.

On the second day of Rosh Hashanah, gather together for tashlich, a cathartic tradition for the Jewish New Year in which we toss pieces of old bread into a body of water to symbolically cast away regrets and disappointments from the past year. Led by Rabbi Nora and Rabbi Ilana Zietman from GatherDC. RSVP here.
