Man’s Attempt at Thoughtfulness: Stress
- This event has passed.
“I try to take one day at a time, but sometimes several days attack me at once.” – Jennifer Yane
“There is more to life than increasing its speed.” – Gandhi
The longer we work, the more we see the long-term effects it has on us. Stress affects the quality of every part of our lives – sex, relationships, emotional well-being, productivity, our sense of self, and our spiritual state.
Combining spirituality, psychology, modern masculinity, and some good scotch, Rabbi Scott brings a group of men together to attempt some thoughtfulness about life’s more important questions. This month, we consider how to deal with the pervasive stress of a highly demanding urban life.
For men in their 20s and 30s
