Om Shalom Yoga
- This event has passed.
Tap into your kavannah—the ability to live and act with intention—through the moving meditation of Vinyasa flow yoga, accompanied by Jewish musical meditations.
Om Shalom Yoga is a celebration of Jewish prayer through the moving meditation of a Vinyasa flow yoga class. This type of moving prayer offers participants an exalting religious, physical, mental, and spiritual way to deepen their prayer. Working traditional versions of Jewish prayers into modern, electronica arrangements created and recorded for this flow, Om Shalom Yoga creates a moving, rhythmic space and a unique spiritual opportunity.
Zack Lodmer teaches yoga to his own cadence of life. Infusing music, humor, breath awareness and strong sequencing, Zack urges students to find their own joy, strength, and equanimity in each pose.
