Humanistic Shabbat
- This event has passed.
Do you strongly value Jewish identity but feel unsure or agnostic about the concept of God? Are you excited by the idea that you can be both an atheist and a Jew and are curious about what this can look like?
Rabbi Jeremy Kridel of Machar, the Washington Congregation for Secular Humanistic Judaism, will lead a Humanistic Shabbat service combining spirited melodies, non-theistic alternatives to traditional prayers, and a human-centered liturgy.
Oneg to follow.
