Help those who suffer from hunger in the Washington metro area by volunteering at the Capital Area Food Bank’s DC Warehouse. Tasks may include packing and sorting donated food, stocking shelves, and fulfilling food orders.
The volunteer shift is from 1:00 – 4:00 pm.
Volunteers can meet at the warehouse, 4900 Puerto Rico Avenue, NE, or at Sixth & I at 12:15 pm to join our carpool. Once you’ve registered, we’ll be in touch with you to coordinate transportation.
For women in their 20s and 30s. And for the record, we love all bubbes everywhere.
