The menu includes:

Fresh pita with hummus
Salads including:

  • Sweet corn, salt-roasted onion, pickled fresno chili, taalia and cilantro
  • Cauliflower, golden raisin caper schug, sumac and sorrel
  • Eggplant, tahini, pickled red cabbage & green schug
  • Watermelon fattoush, summer herbs & za’atar pita
