Firelight Flow: A Chanukah Yoga Class

In celebration of the festival of lights, Jewish yoga and mindfulness teacher Alison Waldman leads an integrated meditation and gentle yoga flow. All levels of experience with yoga and Torah are welcome. Mats are provided.
