Follow along as Chef Vered Guttman cooks up a summer meal featuring all her favorite seasonal ingredients that the shouk (street market) has to offer. The menu includes:
- Quick pickled eggplant
- Ceviche tabbouleh salad with tahini dressing
- Okra, oregano, feta salad on tomato gazpacho
- Mamaliga with ghivechi (fresh corn polenta with eggplant, tomato, and zucchini stew)
