Follow along as Chef Vered Guttman cooks up a summer meal featuring all her favorite seasonal ingredients that the shouk (street market) has to offer. The menu includes:

  • Quick pickled eggplant
  • Ceviche tabbouleh salad with tahini dressing
  • Okra, oregano, feta salad on tomato gazpacho
  • Mamaliga with ghivechi (fresh corn polenta with eggplant, tomato, and zucchini stew)
