The week before Shavuot, Chef Vered Guttman puts a Sephardic twist on the Ashkenazi tradition of eating dairy dishes on the holiday. Dishes include:
- Sephardi pastelikos (type of borek) with eggplant and feta
- Green pea, kale, and ricotta pashtida (kugel)
- Iraqi crepes (kahi) with butter and cream
- Israeli-style cheesecake
