To start
Hummus and tahini, served with pita chips and crudités (vegan, GF)
Roasted eggplant, labneh & pomegranate dip, served with tortilla chips (vegetarian, GF)
Dinner
Sweet potato, goat cheese and thyme quiche (vegetarian; vegan and GF options available by request)
Crispy rice salad with cucumber, peanuts, chili crisp, lime-ginger vinaigrette (vegan, GF, *contains peanuts)
Spanish spinach and chickpea with saffron and smoked paprika (vegan, GF)
Harissa and honey roasted baby carrots (vegan, GF)
Dessert
Nutella mousse with whipped cream (vegetarian, GF, *contains hazelnuts; vegan option available by request)
The meal provided will be kosher-style pescatarian. With any dietary restrictions, please contact Erica Greenwald by Friday, May 2. Vegan options are available by request. A vegetarian hechshered kosher meal must be requested no later than 9:00 am Friday, May 2. Please note: tickets are non-refundable.
