Sharpen your butcher skills at an interactive seminar led by Pam Ginsberg, one of DC’s best-known butchers of Wagshal’s Market. Learn from the pros about the different cuts of meat, preparation, and cooking salmon and chicken to perfection. Then, don your apron to try your hand at the grill and (of course) eat some of the area’s best kosher meat. All meat is certified kosher and will be cooked on kosher grills.
