Four part series from October 29 – November 12

In this workshop, married couples and those in long-term partnerships explore what it means to create a Jewish home. Through guided conversation, couples will talk, learn, and discover ways to infuse Jewish values and traditions into their homes and lives.

Blu Greenberg’s How to Run a Traditional Jewish Household will serve as a springboard for conversation about Shabbat practice, how/if you will “keep” Kosher, dealing with family, issues surrounding children, the search for a community that suits both of you, and other topics.

The group will be facilitated by Rabbi Scott. For the benefit of all participants involved, attendance is expected at all four sessions. This class is not appropriate for couples who already have children.

Note: Class sessions on Tuesdays, October 29, November 5 , and 12 are at 7:30 pm; The session on Friday, November 8 at 7:15 pm is a Shabbat service and dinner
