7:15 pm – Service
8:30 pm – Dinner

Musical and interactive service with Rabbi Shira and musicians Rick Recht and Aaron Shneyer, followed by an Olympics-inspired Korean-style dinner. Enjoy appetizers and drinks before the 7:15 pm service.

The menu includes:

Hors d’oeuvres:
Blistered shishito peppers with sriracha aioli (vegan without the aioli, GF)
Salmon tartare with seaweed, tortilla chips (GF)

Dinner buffet:
Sweet-spicy-sticky fried chicken (GF)
(vegan option: sweet-spicy-sticky tofu)
Veggie bibimbap with poached egg—a rice dish with sesame spinach, cabbage kimchi, shiitake mushrooms (vegan, GF)
Soy-soaked eggplant with green onion (vegan, GF, contains sesame)

Dessert:
Persimmon ice cream sundae with candied ginger and cinnamon crumble (vegan, GF)

The dinner provided will be kosher. Sixth & I is able to accommodate food needs specific to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets.
