Hummus and green tahini with hot pepper-lemon dressing and veggie pita chips
Beef and eggplant pastries

Dinner:
Roasted chicken with lentils
Quinoa, tomato, and radish salad
Kale, avocado, and olive salad with lemon-mustard vinaigrette
Rice with almonds and raisins

Dessert:
Fruit and berries in ginger scented syrup
Baklava, halva, and Turkish delight trays
