Taramasalata (carp roe salad) on pita crackers
Mini spinach bureks (vegetarian)
Dinner
Mousaka: layers of eggplant, meat, potatoes and creamy béchamel (GF; vegan option – with meatless meat)
Cabbage, cauliflower, and kale salad with pistachios and raisins (vegan, GF)
Black eyed pea salad with green onion, herbs, and white wine vinaigrette (vegan, GF)
Stuffed grape leaves with sliced lemon (vegan, GF)
Dessert
Baklava tray
Fruit tray
The dinner provided will be kosher; kosher supervision is provided by the Baltimore-Washington Kashrut Council. Sixth & I is able to accommodate food needs specific to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets. Please contact Kira at least five days before the event if you have any of these dietary requirements.
