At a Loss: A Grief Writing Workshop
- This event has passed.
Grief can make it hard to put our sadness into words. But writing our grief can help us tap into the healing process and begin to make sense of our pain, whether we’re revealing the darkest corners of our loss, or simply putting tears on paper. Through journaling and discussion, explore how to use writing as a means for processing grief in a workshop led by essayist Karen Paul.
Karen is an essayist and memoirist whose work has been published in Lilith, The Washington Post, Modern Loss, and other sites. She teaches grief writing workshops and is writing a memoir on grief and widowhood.
No one will be turned away from any of our classes due to lack of funds. For more information, please contact our Religious Programming Associate, Leila.
