Combining Jewish wisdom with yoga poses and Vipassana Buddhist meditation, instructor Alesandra Zsiba leads an exploration of mindfulness through movement and reflective discussion. Uncover the ways in which Jewish tradition encourages us to bring active inquiry into our lives and learn how to create a personal mindfulness practice.

Alesandra Zsiba is the director of the Jewish Mindfulness Center of Washington D.C. at Adas Israel Congregation. Her teaching draws on a deep reservoir of mindfulness practices in yoga, meditation, pranayama, Taiji, movement meditation, and creative writing.
