Challah Back Volunteer Training
- This event has passed.
Learn to bake challah bread with the leaders of the Challah Back team. Sign up for shifts at Miriam’s Kitchen where the bread we bake is turned into French toast and served to DC’s homeless population.
Challah Back is a community service project of Sixth & I in which volunteers bake and donate challah bread for Miriam’s Kitchen on a monthly basis.
Miriam’s Kitchen provides free, homemade meals and high-quality support services to more than 4,000 homeless men and women each year.
