Friday Night Services
With Rabbi Aaron
- This event has passed.
At this in-person event (with a virtual attendance option), masks and proof of vaccination are required including a photo ID that matches the name on the vaccination card. Please review our health and safety protocols here. Advance registration is required and walk-ups are not permitted.
This inclusive service led by Rabbi Aaron and musicians Aaron Shneyer, Jeff Geld, and Sarah Fredrick blends contemporary and traditional elements for an experience that feels both familiar and fresh. Uplifting music and the rabbi’s thought-provoking sermon combine for a welcoming one-hour service that’s a good fit for those new to Shabbat or those looking for space to wind down and reflect.
Now through February 18, we’re collecting the toiletry items listed below to distribute to the community with help from the DC Fridge Collective. Travel and full-size items are accepted but must be new.
