Tahini and avocado dip, served with chips (vegan)
Stuffed grape leaves (vegan, GF)

Dinner
Caramelized onion bread pudding with parmesan (vegetarian)
Lentil and kale salad with almonds and goat cheese (vegetarian, GF)
Tomato, arugula and feta salad with croutons and green goddess dressing (vegetarian)
Israeli couscous with beet and herbs (vegan)

Dessert
Nutella mousse with whipped cream (vegetarian, GF)

The meal provided will be kosher-style pescatarian. With any dietary restrictions, please contact Molly by Monday, March 11. Vegan options are available by request. A vegetarian hechshered kosher meal must be requested no later than 9:00 am Friday, March 15.

The subsidized price of $18 is intended for young professionals or those with financial need and does not reflect the true cost of the meal provided ($36).
