Mini olive pizza (vegetarian)
Spinach and artichoke dip served with tortilla chips (vegetarian, GF)

Dinner
Pea, mint and ricotta pie (vegetarian, GF)
Italian bread salad with tomato and roasted pepper (panzanella) with radish and tomato-garlic vinaigrette (vegan)
Creamed corn pasta with shallots and parmesan (vegetarian)
Warm saffron chickpea with spinach and smoked paprika (vegan, GF)

Dessert
Salted caramel – chocolate ice cream sundae, served with a brownie, salted caramel, and whiskey sauce (vegetarian)

The meal provided will be kosher-style pescatarian. With any dietary restrictions, please contact Nathan by Friday, July 5. Vegan options are available by request. A vegetarian hechshered kosher meal must be requested no later than 9:00 am Friday, July 5.
