Crispy tofu with gochugaru (Korean pepper) with baby bok choy (vegan, GF)
Butternut squash, feta and rice salad with herbs and a crunchy pumpkin seed-cumin topping (vegetarian, GF; vegan option available by request)
Cheesy corn casserole (vegetarian, GF; vegan option available by request)
Shredded Brussels sprouts and baby green salad with lime-soy sauce dressing (vegan, GF)

Dessert
Chocolate brownies served with vanilla ice cream (vegetarian; vegan or GF option available by request)

The meal provided will be kosher-style pescatarian. With any dietary restrictions, please contact Erica Greenwald by Friday, November 8. Vegan options are available by request. A vegetarian hechshered kosher meal must be requested no later than 9:00 am Friday, November 8. Please note: tickets are non-refundable.

The subsidized price of $18 is intended for young professionals or those with financial need and does not reflect the true cost of the meal provided ($36).
