Stuffed grape leaves (vegan, GF)
Watercress and yogurt tzatziki, served with tortilla chips (vegetarian, GF)
Dinner
Eggplant and goat cheese lasagna (vegetarian; vegan or GF lasagna available by request)
Grilled corn ribs (vegetarian, GF; vegan option available by request)
Kale Caesar salad (vegetarian; vegan or GF salad available by request)
French lentil salad (vegan, GF, *contains almond)
Dessert
Israeli ice cream sundae with tahini, date honey, and halva (vegetarian; vegan ice cream available by request)
The meal provided will be kosher-style pescatarian. With any dietary restrictions, please contact Erica Greenwald by Friday, August 8. Vegan options are available by request. A vegetarian hechshered kosher meal must be requested no later than 9:00 am Friday, August 8. Please note: tickets are non-refundable.
