Vegan pigs in blanket with honey-brown mustard
Babaganoush with pita chips and veggies (vegan, GF)

Dinner
Creamy butternut squash pasta with ricotta and sage (vegetarian; vegan pasta available by request)
Crispy tofu with gochugaru and baby bok choy (vegan, GF)
Kale Caesar salad with Parmesan and butter toasted breadcrumbs (vegetarian; vegan salad available by request)
French lentil salad with carrots, parsnips, and green onion (vegan, GF)

Dessert
Mixed berry crumble with rolled oats and toasted coconut topping (vegan crumble, dairy whipped cream)

The meal provided will be kosher-style pescatarian. With any dietary restrictions, please contact Molly by Monday, October 16. Vegan options are available by request. A vegetarian hechshered kosher meal must be requested no later than 9:00 am Friday, October 20.
