The menu includes:

To start
Stuffed grape leaves with lemon sauce (vegan)
Roasted eggplant, labneh, and pomegranate dip with pita chips and veggies (vegetarian, GF)

Dinner
Creamy mushrooms with rosemary and spinach (vegetarian, GF)
Cheesy polenta (vegetarian, GF)
Butternut squash, feta, herb, and rice salad with crunchy pumpkin seed-cumin topping (vegetarian, GF)
Apples and greens salad with apple cider vinaigrette and pecans (vegan, GF)

Dessert
Chocolate bourbon bread pudding with vanilla ice cream (vegetarian)

The meal provided will be kosher-style pescatarian. With any dietary restrictions, please contact Molly by Monday, November 13. Vegan options are available by request. A vegetarian hechshered kosher meal must be requested no later than 9:00 am Friday, November 17.

Sixth & I strives to be an accessible and welcoming resource for the community by offering affordable experiences, including Shabbat dinners. The subsidized price of $18 is intended for young professionals or those with financial need and does not reflect the true cost of the meal provided ($36). If you are able, please consider covering the full cost of your Shabbat meal.

At all in-person events in November leading up to Thanksgiving (November 1 through 18), we’re collecting non-perishable, shelf stable food items to donate to the Capital Area Food Bank. Check out their most-needed items.
