Moroccan bell pepper and walnut dip (muhamarra) with pomegranate syrup, served with chips (vegan)

Tunisian butternut squash, parsnip and chickpea stew with root vegetables and turmeric root (vegan, GF)

The meal provided will be kosher-style pescatarian. With any dietary restrictions, please contact Molly by Monday, January 15. Vegan options are available by request. A vegetarian hechshered kosher meal must be requested no later than 9:00 am Friday, January 19.
