It’s led by: Rabbi Aaron with Sixth & I’s musicians

You can expect: Uplifting music and a thought-provoking sermon. In honor of Repro Shabbat, hear from Sarah Flores-Shannon, Foundation Relations Manager at the National Council of Jewish Women (NCJW), who will touch on NCJW’s fight to expand abortion access and guarantee reproductive freedom nationwide.

The menu includes:

To start
Moroccan bell pepper and walnut dip and chips (vegan, contains walnuts)
Stuffed grape leaves (vegan)

Dinner
Tunisian butternut squash, parsnip and chickpea stew (vegan, GF)
Moroccan olive and tomato stew with tofu (vegan, GF)
Moroccan eggplant and tomato salad (vegan, GF)
Couscous (vegan)

Dessert
Orange cake (vegetarian, vegan option available upon request)

The meal provided will be kosher-style pescatarian. With any dietary restrictions, please contact Molly by Monday, February 5. Vegan options are available by request. A vegetarian hechshered kosher meal must be requested no later than 9:00 am Friday, February 9.

Sixth & I strives to be an accessible and welcoming resource for the community by offering affordable experiences, including Shabbat dinners. The subsidized price of $18 is intended for young professionals or those with financial need and does not reflect the true cost of the meal provided ($36).
