Rabbi Scott, Aaron Shneyer, and Michal Bilick offer soulful acoustic music, deep spirituality, and a thoughtful service to DC. After services, fill our sanctuary with the spirited sound of new tunes and old favorites.

We will welcome guests from Federation’s Reverse Mifgash, a 10-day immersive experience that brings 11 Israeli Birthright Israel alumni to DC for an opportunity to explore DC Jewish life and culture.

Dinner is a Kosher meat meal, vegetarian and gluten-free option available. If you have any additional food needs, please contact Abby at least four days before the event. The menu includes:

To start:
Roasted tomatoes polenta (vegan, GF)
Antipasti skewers (vegan, GF)
Sweet potato, eggplant, olive

Dinner:
Roasted chicken in lemon, rosemary and garlic (GF)
Vegan option – root vegetables in lemon, rosemary and garlic
Green pea, zucchini, and avocado-basil pesto pasta (vegan, *contains pistacchio)
GF option – made with rice
Panzanella salad (vegan)
tomato, basil, roasted red pepper, toasted bread
GF option – tomato, basil, and roasted red pepper salad
White bean salad (vegan, GF) with olives, balsamic vinegar

Dessert:
Affogato (vegan, GF)
Vanilla ice cream in (decaf) espresso, toasted almonds, chocolate chips

Sixth & I strives to be an accessible and welcoming resource for the community by offering affordable experiences, including Shabbat dinners. The subsidized price of $15 does not reflect the true cost of the meal provided ($30). If you are able, please consider covering the full cost of your Shabbat meal.
