8:30 pm – Dinner & Jam Session

Rabbi Scott, Aaron Shneyer, and Michal Bilick offer soulful acoustic music, deep spirituality, and a thoughtful service to DC. After services, fill our sanctuary with the spirited sound of new tunes and old favorites.

Dinner is a Kosher meat meal, vegetarian and gluten-free option available. If you have any additional food needs, please contact Abby at least four days before the event. The menu includes:

To start:
Tuna tartar with toasted sesame (GF, *contains sesame) served over rice crackers
Roasted pepper tahini (vegan, GF) served with veggies

Dinner:
Beef meatballs in eggplant and tomato sauce (GF) with pomegranate molasses
Vegan option – lentils in eggplant and tomato sauce
Zucchini, mint and olive flatbread (vegan)
GF option available by request
Green papaya salad (vegan, GF, *contains peanuts)
Cherry tomato, toasted salted peanuts
Couscous (vegan)
GF option – rice

Dessert:
Fruit crumble bar assortment (vegetarian)
GF option available by request
Fruit platter (vegan, GF)

Sixth & I strives to be an accessible and welcoming resource for the community by offering affordable experiences, including Shabbat dinners. The subsidized price of $15 does not reflect the true cost of the meal provided ($30). If you are able, please consider covering the full cost of your Shabbat meal.
