Rabbi Jesse and musicians Aaron Shneyer and Michal Bilick offer soulful acoustic music and deep spirituality in this thoughtful service.
The menu includes:
To start
Eggplant and pomegranate dip with crudité and pita chips (vegan, GF)
Stuffed grape leaves (vegan, GF)
Dinner
Beef and pistacchio meatballs or tofu in pomegranate sauce (GF)
Ghormeh sabzi, or kidney bean and herb stew (vegan, GF)
Tomato, cucumber, and radish salad with poppy seed dressing (vegan, GF)
Persian rice with barberries, almonds, orange, and saffron (vegan, GF)
Dessert
Poppy seed and chocolate ganache cake
The dinner provided will be kosher. Sixth & I is able to accommodate food needs specific to vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and dairy-free diets. Please contact Kira at least five days before the event if you have any of these dietary requirements.
