Grappling with Grief: Processing the War in Israel/Gaza
- This event has passed.
It’s been four months of death, violence and suffering in Israel and Gaza, and many of us are holding grief and pain emerging from the war and responses to it. While everyone’s grief may look different, sharing our experiences can reveal common struggles and help lighten our load.
Rabbi Nora and Justin Yampolsky, a Master of Social Work candidate, lead a workshop to help you explore how grief is showing up in your life and how to heal through this difficult time. In a safe and nonjudgmental environment, we’ll look back at how you’ve been feeling over these past few months and discuss how to cope in the days and weeks ahead.
If you’re interested in participating, please fill out our interest form.
No one will be turned away from this event due to lack of funds. For more information, please contact our Jewish Life Associate, Eve.
