This Halloween, trade costumes and candy for athleisure and nutritious snacks at our healthy living event. Trick-or-treat for healthy snacks and samples, try out AcroYoga and guided meditation, and learn how to live a healthy lifestyle in DC from a panel of local experts, moderated by Cori Sue, co-founder of Bitches Who Brunch.

Cori Sue is the co-founder of Bitches Who Brunch, and the founder of Citrus Media, a DC-based company that provides brand strategy, marketing, and social media support for mainly women-led, boutique brands in the food, health and lifestyle space. She swears by clean eating, 8 hours of sleep, and a challenging fitness regime to help her get through her rigorous entrepreneurial schedule.
AcroYoga will be taught by Maren Hill.
Meditation will be led by Joanna Andreae.
