In this intro class, meditation teacher Alison Cohen weaves together guided meditation, teachings, and discussion, offering practical techniques to help you cultivate equanimity and stay balanced.

Alison Cohen loves supporting people in strengthening their capacity to connect: with themselves, others, and ancient and contemporary wisdom. She teaches in Jewish, Buddhist, and secular spaces.
