Jewish Flavor: A Very Shavuot Shabbat

The week before Shavuot, Chef Vered Guttman honors the Ashkenazi tradition of eating dairy dishes on the holiday, all while preparing a delicious Shabbat meal to enjoy year-round. Dishes will include:

  • Feta with honey appetizer
  • Deconstructed Nicoise salad
  • Sweet potato and goat cheese tarte tatin
  • Israeli-style tiramisu
