- Roasted cauliflower in tahini and za’atar
- Wild mushroom Khachapuri (Georgian cheese and egg bread)
- Ghormeh Sabzi (Persian beef, herb, kidney bean and dried lime stew; vegan recipe available)
- Date and mascarpone meringue pie
