For a new spin on Thanksgiving, follow along as Chef Vered Guttman makes globally-inspired dishes from Georgia, Iran, and the Mediterranean. The menu includes:

  • Roasted cauliflower in tahini and za’atar
  • Wild mushroom Khachapuri (Georgian cheese and egg bread)
  • Ghormeh Sabzi (Persian beef, herb, kidney bean and dried lime stew; vegan recipe available)
  • Date and mascarpone meringue pie
