This Chanukah, go beyond latkes and cook alongside Chef Vered Guttman as she fries up some other holiday-themed delicacies to keep you full for all eight nights. The menu includes:

  • Pampushkes (Ukranian fried stuffed potato balls with cheese and chives)
  • Fritada de patata (Sephardi herb and potato frittata)
  • Bombolones (Italian donuts) with Nutella
  • Makroud (Tunisian semolina and date cookies)
