Follow along with Chef Vered Guttman as she puts a modern spin on a traditional Ashkenazi fare. Dishes will include:

  • Borscht (beet soup) with parsley oil
  • Cauliflower, celery, and olive salad with kasha (buckwheat) and yogurt dressing
  • Hungarian stuffed cabbage with rice and beef (can be made vegan)
  • Challah bread pudding with dates and whiskey
